Welcome to the website for the Greenside Tunnel group. We are a collection of volunteers working to restore the tunnel into a working transport corridor. Ideally this would be accessible to all and suitable for walking, running, cycling and horse riding, but a tram or other mass transport system would be fine too.
We usually meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 19:30 in The Royal on Station Street, but do check first as occasionally we may change this to accommodate other clubs meeting at the pub. Don’t worry the meetings are relaxed and usually finish by 21:00.
